A vibrant evening that explores the enduring artistic legacy of Yiddish film and music. The event starts with a rare restored 35mm presentation of Joseph Green’s film A Letter to Mother (the biggest Yiddish cinema box office hit of all time). After the screening, Netherlands-based Yiddish band Nikitov performs a live concert, including material from their new album Mameloshn.
