Gaithersburg Chorus Spring Concert

Enjoy a free concert by the Gaithersburg Chorus, now in its 28th year and under the direction of a new conductor! With the theme For the Beauty of the Earth, the concert includes songs in a variety of genres, embracing the glory of nature and the beautiful music it has inspired. This concert will be held at the Concert Pavilion on the Gaithersburg City Hall Grounds.

During our visit we attended an Open Studio session, visited the Betty Boyd Dettre Library and Research Center and saw “The Sky’s the Limit”.

We visited Alliance Comics in Downtown #SilverSpring to highlight their expansive collection of comics and graphic novels. They offer comic reservations, have a comic buyback program and even open an hour early on Wednesday for new releases. It was a pleasure visiting #AllianceComics and picking up a few $1 comics to jumpstart my collection.
