This 100+ year-old restored bank includes an ornate, early 20th-century bank vault with decorative painting. The documentaries "Growing Legacy," about the Agricultural Reserve and "Life in a War Zone: Montgomery County during the Civil War" will be shown.

During our visit we attended an Open Studio session, visited the Betty Boyd Dettre Library and Research Center and saw “The Sky’s the Limit”.

We visited Alliance Comics in Downtown #SilverSpring to highlight their expansive collection of comics and graphic novels. They offer comic reservations, have a comic buyback program and even open an hour early on Wednesday for new releases. It was a pleasure visiting #AllianceComics and picking up a few $1 comics to jumpstart my collection.
