Bluesman John Hammond stands as one of the world’s premier acoustic blues artists—one of only a handful who were on the scene of the first blues renaissance in the ’60s. He received 2015 Blues Music Awards for Best Acoustic Artist and Best Acoustic Album for his latest release, Timeless. Add ‘em to the 22 nominations and 10 wins he’s already received, in addition to a Grammy and eight Grammy noms, making him one of the most lauded artists in the genre.

There are 2 available parking garages at AMP, including a new one on Trade Street. Valet parking will also be available for a $5 fee. The Old Georgetown Road Garage, located at 11580 Old Georgetown Road, North Bethesda, MD 20852, is directly beneath AMP. The best way to enter the garage is by making a right turn directly into the garage from westbound Old Georgetown Road (between Grand Park Avenue and Executive Blvd). Follow the signs to the AMP elevator and go directly to level 4. The new Trade Street Garage is located at 11860 Trade Street, North Bethesda, MD 20852, right across from AMP and adjacent to the Per Sei apartments. Both are very convenient to the venue.
