  1. I am really glad that the penguins are returning home to the Silver Spring metro. In addition to the areas currently planned, I would really like to see them on the wall along Colesville Road near the metro where we very much enjoyed them for several years. They served as a wonderful welcoming team for Silver Spring for those who traveled by car.
