Kentlands Mansion

Kentlands Mansion

The Tschiffely-Kent property has been a landmark along Darnestown Road since 1900. The stately mansion was built by Frederick Tschiffely, and later sold to Otis Beall Kent in 1942. The elegant property now belongs to the City of Gaithersburg, and is an ideal venue for weddings, receptions, social functions and business meetings.

The Kentlands Mansion Gallery strives to foster a dialogue between the arts and the community. Viewing hours are generally Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Due to event scheduling, please call the Mansion at 301-258-6425 prior to your visit to confirm availability of the gallery.
