Montgomery Preservation Inc

Montgomery Preservation (MPI) operates and rents the restored Silver Spring B&O Railroad Station at 8100 Georgia Avenue to the community as a meeting and event location. The station is on the National Rgister of Historic Places and is completely restored to its 1945 original condition. Tours are given on the first Saturday of the month from 10 am to 3 pm from January through December with special events and a railroad toy room for kids. Train spotting is available from our safely fenced rear platform.
