Archaeology Collection Specialist and Museum Educator (Part-Time)

The Archaeology Office of the Natural and Historical Resources Division (NHRD) is seeking a part-time intermittent Archaeology Collection Specialist and Museum Educator. The successful candidate will oversee, maintain, and update the vast archaeological collections in the possession of the Office, including cultural and non-cultural materials, associated records, and digital data. Time will also be spent managing the American Indian, Colonial, and early American collections currently on display in the Archaeology Museum located in the restored plantation house at Mount Calvert Historical and Archaeological Park, in addition to providing educational tours and answering visitor questions during seasonal weekend open hours.
