Arts and Juvenile Justice Policy Briefing

We hope you can attend Arts Education Partnership’s Arts and Juvenile Justice Policy Briefing! Held virtually this year, the briefing will feature talks by Commissioner Peter Forbes of the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services and Maine State Representative Rebecca Millett of the 30th District. You can expect to learn about implementing successful policy outcomes in their states, the conditions necessary for success, challenges and learnings during the policymaking process and insights on engaging stakeholders.

The briefing includes time between presentations for you and fellow presenters to ask questions and discuss ideas that emerge. Come prepared to explore ways to expand arts education in juvenile justice settings and participate in this engaging dialogue.
