Level-up with professional career coaching!

Free professional leadership coaching for emerging BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) arts managers is now available from the Arts and Humanities Council of Montgomery County (AHCMC) through a partnership with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Metro DC Chapter!

Why should apply?
Arts managers of color in the first five years of their arts management career or the first 5 years of a new position looking to develop new skills that will take their careers to the next level. Montgomery County residents and employees will be given preference, but all from the DMV region are encouraged to apply.

How will it work?
Two cohorts of up to 15 emerging BIPOC leaders will launch the program: one cohort in October 2021 and the second cohort in February 2022. Each participant will be assigned a personal certified leadership coach and must commit to 8 coaching hours/sessions averaging two sessions per month.
