Building Blocks for Financial Health Series
As cultural organizations work to sustain their critical role in their communities through turbulent times, collecting and analyzing financial data is more important than ever to help you weather the storm and prepare for a successful future. We know that many arts leaders take on their roles with great passion for their organizations’ missions, but limited knowledge of the basics of the financial management. This Building Blocks series attempts to fill in the gaps in your financial knowledge, one piece at a time.

The Basics of Financial Management: Metrics and Working Capital

In this session, we will explore three key metrics to help you monitor your organization’s financial position over time - working capital, unrestricted net activity, and earned revenue ratio - and learn how all they work together to help you plan ahead. All are welcome, but this session is especially geared toward individuals who have already participated in the first two sessions of the building blocks series, or who are already familiar with basic financial and budgeting processes and want to learn more about how to glean insights from their financial reports. (1 hour)

This webinar is listed in Eastern Daylight Time. Closed captioning is available during the presentation.
