Position Summary:
The Director of Campus Operations is an exciting opportunity to support Levine’s mission by overseeing operations, management, and customer service for Levine’s physical campuses, our virtual campus, and new campus development. This position is an ideal role for a leader who thrives in a busy environment, cultivates a culture of teamwork and personal initiative, maintains consistency while also managing competing priorities in a multiple-location environment, excels at customer service and project management, and enjoys creating and managing new processes.

Salary Range: 70K – 80K

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Support the mission of Levine by creating supportive and welcoming spaces for students and faculty to learn and perform
  • Oversee consistent, quality customer service for students, families and faculty through exceptional employee training, ongoing communication, and engagement with customers
  • Represent Levine as an advocate for educational and artistic community-building activities at our campuses and beyond
  • Supervise and manage campus & operations staff, and oversee vendors & operations functions including building maintenance, IT and telecommunications
  • Support student enrollment and registration by facilitating open communication and teamwork with the Student Services team
  • Coordinate with the Education Team and Student Services to ensure efficiency and uniformity in serving faculty, students, and families
  • Work closely with the appropriate staff to manage and document campus logistics, including budget and operations
  • Lead and provide oversight of Levine’s student-centered approach as it pertains to campus and support staff
  • Support strong relationships between campus staff, faculty, students, and parents
  • As a member of Levine’s Education Team, participate in school-wide initiatives and strategic planning efforts
  • Work with the Executive Team in the identification of new campus opportunities
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Team regarding on campus marketing and promotions, and event details
