Donor Relations Manager

The Shakespeare Theatre Company, in Washington D.C., seeks a Donor Relations Manager. This position works with the Director of Major Gifts to acquire, renew, and upgrade individual donors via our annual giving program. Responsibilities include creating and executing direct mail and email fundraising efforts to meet the annual fundraising goal, as well as serving as the primary point of contact for the Theatre’s donors. The Donor Relations Manager ensures that all donors receive exemplary customer service and donor stewardship, with a particular focus on timely and meaningful gift acknowledgments. In addition, this position provides regular reports on progress to goal, new and renewing donors, and identifies prospects for upgrades.

This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and an annual salary of $47,000.
