The Education and Community Program Manager serves a critical role in the imagination, planning and execution of Strathmore’s Bloom and Education programs. In collaboration with the Director of Education and the Director of Artists in Residence, the Education and Community Program Manager builds relationships with community partners, artists, colleagues and the public in order to produce a wide-ranging set of programs, including public on-site events, off-site community programs, and programs in schools. They will be responsible for working within and improving systems for the department’s smooth operation, and will represent Strathmore Bloom and Education to patrons, customers, artists, and community partners.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, collaborative, highly organized, and care deeply about the arts and community. You are an excellent communicator and writer, and have strong interpersonal skills. You are a methodical and skilled relationship-builder, detail-oriented, have proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and a proven history of successful management of multiple projects with varying timelines.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:
STATUS AND SALARY
This is an exempt, salaried position. Salary is commensurate with experience, in the range of $50,000 to $55,000 annually with a competitive benefits package.
