Office Manager/Registrar (Full-Time, Staff position)

CREATE Arts Center (Nonprofit) is looking for a team oriented individual to tackle the multifaceted roles of Registrar, Office Manager and bookkeeping assistant. Must be detail oriented and a strong team player with a sense of humor! This position is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of entry level experience who is interested in the arts and nonprofit organizations. Lots of opportunity for professional growth.

  • Maintain and update CREATE’s online registration system
  • Respond to email, phone and in-person inquiries about CREATE programs
  • Update budget and actuals spreadsheets for camps, classes and workshops
  • Draft and send welcome emails for classes, workshops, camps
  • Manage and coordinate office inventory and order office supplies as needed
  • Liaise with supply vendors as needed
  • Oversee CREATE shared calendar and help maintain the calendar of classes and events
  • Post classes, workshops and events on various media and event sites
  • Light bookkeeping duties (knowledge of Quickbooks and data entry a plus, but not a requirement to apply for this position)
  • Assist in event planning and curating art exhibits
  • A sense of humor is a must!

Reports to the Executive Director

Salary commensurate with experience. 10 days annual paid vacation. Free art classes and camps.

Hours are primarily Monday – Friday but may vary based on programming needs.

Must be fully vaccinated and able to pass a background check.
