Program & Research Coordinator - DeVos Institute of Arts Management - Leadership Development & Consulting Support Opportunity

The Program & Research Coordinator will provide research and administrative support for a portfolio of consulting clients, encompassing executive search, fundraising, and strategic planning engagements. The Coordinator will also seasonally lead the logistics & planning for the Institute’s Fellowship program, which hosts approximately 20 executive leaders in Washington, D.C. for four weeks each July in a cohort-based engagement. The program recently celebrated its 20th anniversary and has an alumni base of over 200 leading executives from over 50 countries.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to contribute to arts leadership and gain a broad perspective on the national and international arts and culture sector. The Coordinator will join an entrepreneurial team and will have ample opportunities to learn. They will perform project-based research and manage logistics, scheduling, and correspondence. The position offers full benefits and is currently remote the majority of the year.
