Learn how to get the most out of your Smartphone when it comes to video!
This special workshop from Docs In Progress will give participants the opportunity to learn how to get the most out of their smartphones when it comes to video.
Today’s smartphones carry with them excellent lenses and high resolution video. You’ll learn how to make the most of them just by knowing the devices better. The objective of this workshop is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to maximize the potential of their smartphones for video production. Participants will learn about various apps and hardware that enhance video and sound quality, explore shooting techniques for b-roll and interviews specific to smartphones, and understand best practices for capturing high-quality audio.
Participants should plan on using their own Smartphone or Tablet (both IOS and Android devices are acceptable).
