Join the Sandy Spring Slave Museum in celebration of Maryland Emancipation Day on Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 11:00am - 3:00pm. Enjoy Caribbean Steel Pan Drumming by Robert Thwaites and Robert Orin, a Steel Pan Drumming Circle for children, a delicious fried fish meal and help us to support our mission to provide cross cultural programming and stop by our silent auction. The museum will be open for tours throughout the event.
