First Friday in March celebrates our 5th Anniversary!

Artists & Makers Studios on Parklawn Drive in Rockville is proud to feature the work of Resident Artists for our 5th Anniversary Celebration in March of 2020 in two galleries with sculpture, jewelry, paintings, fiber, mixed media, printmaking and more. David Amoroso exhibits a new series in the large gallery – “Raised by TV”. David’s fondest childhood memories are of the times he spent drawing or watching TV. Meet his favorite characters in his signature larger-than-life portraits. These exhibits will open for our 5th Anniversary First Friday festivities on March 6th between 6pm and 9pm and will showcase Resident Artists’ open studios for browsing and shopping, and acoustic guitar with David Ziegele.

Visit A&M1 Parklawn with friends and family and enjoy the gorgeous gallery exhibits, along with artists’ open studios, a perfect time for shopping and gift-giving, or for finding a treasure for yourself. Enjoy wine, soft drinks and light refreshments, and rich and varied art for browsing and buying – all in one location. Come discover the most welcoming artspace in the area. These exhibits at A&M1 Parklawn open Friday, March 6th, and continue through Wednesday, March 25th, 2020.  Viewing hours are 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Tuesday-Saturday, and Sundays/Mondays by chance or appointment.
