GIS in the Museum: Gaming in Olde Towne

Spend a day at the museum searching out Portals and Poke Stops in Olde Towne as you play Ingress and Pokemon Go.

Niantic, the company that created Ingress and Pokémon GO, relies heavily on GIS data to create their games. Niantic has created a special #Ingress map for Olde Towne.. Stop by the museum to pick up your map, then go play! For #PokemonGo players, we will be throwing out lures all day. Visitors to the museum can also suggest new Ingress stops for Niantic to add to the map.
