Glen Echo Park VIRTUAL Summer Concert: Washington Balalaika Society Trio

THIS WEEK, Thursday, 6/25, at 7:30 pm:

The Washington Balalaika Society Trio is an ensemble from their 60-musician orchestra. The Trio features Svetlana Nikonova (WBS Conductor and Artistic Director) on prima domra, Zhenya Tochenaya (WBS Domra Concertmistress) on tenor domra and Vladimir Zakharevich on bayan (Russian accordion).

For more than a decade, summer at Glen Echo Park has been synonymous with our weekly Summer Concert Series, where we present and support local musicians and performers who represent a diverse range of styles, influences, and cultures.
We know so many of you love these relaxed summer evenings!
While we can’t be together in person, we are delighted to be able to continue our Thursday evening tradition this summer, by presenting live, streaming concerts that you can enjoy from home, every week!
