The Godfather of Go Go’s band keeps the beat going, bringing back the hypnotically danceable funk and soul grooves that Brown developed in the early ‘70s in DC. His longtime band of powerhouse musicians plays true to the signature style that earned Brown a place in American musical royalty. The Washington Post raves his band is “still crankin’” and there’s no better place to hear favorites like “Bustin’ Loose” and “We the People” than from the lawn on a warm summer night!
