Marilyn Banner Art Potlatch

Marilyn Banner has been producing art (painting, sculpture, and uncategorizable) for more than 50 years. Much of it is in a 150 sq ft storage facility in Hyattsville. This art should be on people’s walls and in their homes, and that is the intention of this event. Come to the Great Art Potlatch and take home a piece of Marilyn Banner art. The only requirement is to sign a collector agreement such as a purchaser would sign, promising to care for the piece and inform the artist if it changes hands. But the sales price on the document will be “$0”. Admission $20 (free admission with RSVP for previous collectors).

There will be a short performance by the Milo Trio (Celaya Kirchner, violin, Emma Hays Johnson, cello, & Carl Banner, piano) at 8:00 pm
