Moms, do you need time and space to be creative and self reflect? Do you crave connection with other moms in the community? Do you simply need a break for self-care and a moment to breathe?
If you are a busy mom who is looking for a creative outlet that connects you to yourself and others then this group is designed for you! Mom’s Recess at CREATE Arts Center is a space that offers women a chance to de-stress, connect with other adults, work through the challenges of being a parent, and self-reflect. The group will be led by licensed art therapist, counselor, and mother, Min Shin, MA, LGPAT, LGPC.

Parking Information: Metered garage parking is available in the Fenton Street Village (Garage 4) Parking Garage and a small surface lot by our building (see map above), and can be paid with either coins or through the MobileNOW app. Metered street parking is available on Silver Spring Avenue in front of our building, and will be available across the street when ongoing construction is finished.
