Marin Alsop explores Copland’s Third Symphony, featuring his famous Fanfare for the Common Man.
This grand victory symphony, summing up the American experience of World War II, was written for the largest orchestra Copland ever used.
This 90-minute Off The Cuff concert provides more insight into a single work, followed by a question-and-answer session.

Parking in the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro garage is $5.20 during the week and free on weekends. Strathmore is also accessible via Metro's Red Line, Grosvenor-Strathmore station.
Limited short-term parking also is available at specially marked meters along Tuckerman Lane, which do not require payment after 7pm.
