These fabulous drag queens shine brighter than the stars in the evening sky. Part One (August 18) stars Brooklyn Heights, Betty O'Hellno, Ariel Von Quinn, and Evon Michelle. Part Two(August 25) Queens: Kristina Kelly, Vagenesis, Tiara Missou, and Echinacea Monroe.

During our visit we attended an Open Studio session, visited the Betty Boyd Dettre Library and Research Center and saw “The Sky’s the Limit”.

We visited Alliance Comics in Downtown #SilverSpring to highlight their expansive collection of comics and graphic novels. They offer comic reservations, have a comic buyback program and even open an hour early on Wednesday for new releases. It was a pleasure visiting #AllianceComics and picking up a few $1 comics to jumpstart my collection.
