A tribute in the truest sense of the word, tonight’s performance is a celebration of Aretha Franklin’s monumental career.
It’s time to show some r-e-s-p-e-c-t to the memory of the Queen of Soul. No one artist could possibly capture the full power Franklin brought to the stage, but we have a string of mesmerizing front women who are up to the challenge. Rochelle Rice, Shayna Blass, and Ines Nassara share the spotlight, singing “Son of a Preacher Man,” “A Natural Woman,” “Bridge Over Troubled Water,” and other beloved classics Franklin made famous. Only a chain of fools would miss this!

There are 2 available parking garages at AMP, including a new one on Trade Street. Valet parking will also be available for a $5 fee. The Old Georgetown Road Garage, located at 11580 Old Georgetown Road, North Bethesda, MD 20852, is directly beneath AMP. The best way to enter the garage is by making a right turn directly into the garage from westbound Old Georgetown Road (between Grand Park Avenue and Executive Blvd). Follow the signs to the AMP elevator and go directly to level 4. The new Trade Street Garage is located at 11860 Trade Street, North Bethesda, MD 20852, right across from AMP and adjacent to the Per Sei apartments. Both are very convenient to the venue.
