The Art of Evolution Closing Reception

The Art of Evolution is a group exhibition which explores the underlying connections between art and science and how beauty can reach down even to the cellular level. Five talented local artists use a wide range of mediums to reveal unseen microscopic worlds that connect all living things. The featured artists include Michele Banks, Jessica Beels, Mei Mei Chang, Pat Goslee, and Shelley Lowenstein.

Please join the artists on Sept. 8 for a closing reception from 1 pm – 3 pm at the Takoma Park Community Center. It will be your last chance to see the show! The next exhibition titled “Altering the Future/Reshaping the Past” will have an opening reception at 7 pm on Sept. 12.
