The Ultimate Interplanetary Travel Guide

Jim Bell, from ASU, joins the Community Museum to take us on a fanciful journey through the universe and beyond. Like any good travel guide, he lets us know what we’ll need for our journey and what activities await us at our destination. That it most likely won’t happen for hundreds of years matters not.

Jim Bell is a planetary scientist, educator, author, public speaker, and past President (2008-2020) of The Planetary Society. He works at Arizona State University and is heavily involved in NASA solar system exploration missions like those of the Mars rovers Spirit, Opportunity, and Curiosity.
