"This Is What America Looks Like" Online Poetry Reading

Don’t miss our next live online poetry reading with 7 poets whose work is included in “This Is What America Looks Like,” a new anthology of poetry and fiction from the Washington Writers’ Publishing House. The poets’ work addresses timeless themes and contemporary issues such as racial justice, the pandemic, and other forces shaping our society.

The poets include Fran Abrams, Jessica Garratt, Christopher Goodrich, Nubia Kai, Danuta E. Kosk-Kosicka, Goddonny Normil, and Takoma Park Poet Laureate Kathleen O’Toole. Anthology poetry editor Jona Colson will emcee the reading and an audience Q&A.
