Rooted in island, South American and African rhythms, as well as traditional European harmonies World Music 5 is sure to get you on your feet!
Sporting an eclectic combination of acoustic instruments, the fusion supergroup known as World Music 5 teams seven-time Grammy winning violinist Federico Britos, Grammy nominee saxophonist Dr. Ed Calle and three-time Grammy nominees and Sony Music Latin artists Negroni’s Trio, (pianist Jose Negroni, drummer Nomar Negroni and bassist Josh Allen) to create a singular sound, rooted in island, South American and African rhythms, as well as traditional European harmonies.
