The Maryland Department of Commerce is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Program Manager, State’s
Arts and Entertainment Districts (A&E) and the County Arts Development (CAD) programs within its Maryland State
Arts Council (MSAC). The position will direct and manage both programs related to MSAC’s mission to encourage and
invest in the advancement of the arts for the people of the State by facilitating grants administration through creating,
