TITLE: Manager of Volunteers and Audience Experience

THE POSITION
This position supervises the day-to-day operations of the Front of House team, including house managers and volunteers. This person serves as one of the Managers-on-Duty for performances and is responsible for creating and delivering the highest level of customer service. Other responsibilities include the training, hiring, and scheduling of Front of House staff, coordinating audience services and benefits such as parking and accessibility services, liaison with the café partner, managing merchandise sales and inventory, and manage the volunteer program.

This position works on site primarily in the afternoons and evenings, Tuesday through Sunday with some variability dependent on performance schedule. While this position works primarily on-site, there may be opportunities for where Studio Theatre’s remote work policy may apply.

COMPENSATION
This position is a full-time salaried exempt position with an annualized salary of $49,000 and up.
