Gage’s next Executive Director will provide rigorous, thoughtful, and strategic leadership while successfully ensuring the organization’s continued relevance and impact. As a creative thinker with an eye toward innovation, the Executive Director will support Gage to realize its strategic vision and continue supporting and diversifying its learning community of talented artists. The Executive Director provides comprehensive administrative leadership of Gage and works closely with the Board of Directors, staff, and faculty to develop, implement, and oversee strategic operations so that Gage fulfills its mission. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will build critical relationships across community partners and continue growing Gage’s presence as a local and national leader in fine arts education.
