The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) seeks applications to develop, enhance, or expand art programs for justiceinvolved youth. This program furthers the DOJ’s mission by supporting high-quality art programs for current and previous justice-involved youth, including Tribal and Indigenous youth, to reduce juvenile delinquency, recidivism, and/or other problem and high-risk behaviors. OJJDP defines justice-involved youth as those participating in court-ordered diversion programs, in detention, correctional, or other residential facilities, and/or are on probation due to a delinquency finding by juvenile court.

This solicitation incorporates the OJP Grant Application Resource Guide by reference. The OJP Grant Application Resource Guide provides guidance to applicants on how to prepare and submit applications to OJP for funding. If this solicitation expressly modifies any provision in the OJP Grant Application Resource Guide, the applicant is to follow the guidelines in this solicitation as to that provision.
