Returning as a one-day event to Eaton DC, the 2022 Convening will center joy and celebration as we reflect on the years since AAC’s creation while looking ahead to our bright future.
The 2022 Convening will allow us to share space, build community, break bread together, and hear from leaders in our field – including AAC’s new Executive Director, our Co-Founder and Former Director Quanice G. Floyd, and others.

The Turn Up is a celebration of our BIPOC/Global Majority arts community, immediately following the 2022 Convening. We invite any and all BIPOC/PGM-identifying artists and arts leaders to join us for good music, yummy drinks, and a chance to dance the evening away at Eaton DC.
