The Bernard/Ebb Songwriting Awards honors the region's best songwriters from Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. The annual contest awards a $10,000 Grand Prize and a $2,500 Young Songwriter prize. The 2023 competition is currently accepting songwriter submissions, and the deadline to apply is Friday, Dec. 9, 2023.
