This class series helps explore and expand a strong foundation in contemporary dance practices. Throughout each 7-week series, we will focus in on the particular practices of each facilitator by building our moving capacities and our dancing community together. Rooted in the Dance Exchange belief that every body can and should dance, Foundations in Contemporary Dance is a dance class for anyone who wants to further develop their dancing practice, ranging from professional dancers to community members to those new to dance.
