Don’t miss the 8th Annual World of Montgomery Festival on October 16! International dance, music, food, craft, activities, and more.
The World of Montgomery Festival is held each year in October to celebrate the rich diversity of the DC Area through international music, food, dance, culturally authentic arts demos, hands-on activities, and more.
Take part in traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremonies, dance with a Chinese dragon, try out henna art painting and craft-making from around the world. Enjoy traditional dance and music on two stages throughout the day, and don't miss the spectacular Parade of Cultures.
This year's theme is A Place Called Home, with family-oriented activities that explore our concept of home, like KID Museum's hands-on, "Making Home" project, where families can work together to create a miniature room that will be displayed on a community wall.
