Tapestry designer and historian Dirk Holger explores the elusive meanings attributed to the symbolism depicted in medieval tapestries. Among them is an allegory of the five senses, a love triangle, a delicate political affair and the revelation of the mysterious “lady.” Mr. Holger, whose work is on exhibit at the museum from January - February, was an apprentice to Jean Lurcat. Happy Hours are sponsored by Therrien Waddell Construction Group.
