Hands-on activities give you a glimpse into the world of archaeology.
The Montgomery Parks Archaeology Office will be at the museum with many hands-on activities to introduce you to the glamor of archaeological work. Among the things visitors can try are: Archaeology Site-In-A-Can, Tin-Smithing, Marble making, Seed Identification, and Ceramic Mending. Try out these skills while learning what archaeology teaches us about the past. This drop-in program is free and open to visitors of all ages.
