How to Get Great Interviews Workshop

How to Get Great Interviews Workshop

Presented by Docs In Progress at Docs In Progress

Want to learn how to get amazing interviews, whether you are making a documentary, an oral history project, or capturing your own community or family stories? There are as many ways to shoot interviews as there are styles or subjects of documentaries. It’s important to make a decision early in terms of what stylistic approach you have for your project and what style of interview works best.

This three-hour workshop will give you insights into different approaches to interviews, what to consider when setting up and filming an interview, and a chance to get some hands-on experience setting up and conducting a one-on-one interview.
