Glen Echo Park Partnership is pleased to present Making Artist Books: Discovering Through Journaling.
Glen Echo Park Partnership is pleased to present Making Artist Books: Discovering Through Journaling. This exhibition will feature students from ESOL programs at Einstein High School and Sherwood High School. Through the process of learning bookbinding skills and creating a personal book, students portray the story of their lives through creative writing and visual narrative like photographs and drawings. Where language is a barrier, the artist books help the students portray their feelings about living in a new place.
