Mr. Lorio uses found toys to form a narrative of social engagement with visual prods related to class, immigration, gun control and ecology.
This exhibits supports discourse about enhancing the social and physical environment.  Using toys as his medium, the artist’s sculptures comment on adult concerns in the guise of ironic constructions of playthings.
