A night of 1950s fun!
Put on your dancing shoes and get ready for a night of ‘50s fun! To kickoff our upcoming exhibit, BOOM: The 1950s in Montgomery County and year of dynamic programs, Montgomery History is throwing a bash to remember!
Step into the decade of cocktail parties, pink flamingos, Hot Shoppes, and juke boxes! Sip on favorite cocktails of the era provided by McClintock Distilling, get a sneak preview of the BOOM exhibit, and throw on a leather jacket or letter sweater for a photo opp in our very own recreated Hot Shoppes restaurant booth.
And what ‘50s party would be complete without an appearance from ELVIS? The King himself will be there with his band to keep you dancing all night long, with a dance instructor to show you some new (or old!) moves.
Our last events have SOLD OUT so buy your tickets now!
Each ticket includes one cocktail, (additional drink tickets available for purchase), light refreshments, and parking. You must be 21 years or older to attend this event. '50s Rock-a-billy attire encouraged! Tickets will not be sold at the door.
