7PM Concert: Chamber Strings, Symphony and Philharmonic
All six Maryland Classic Youth Orchestras ensembles perform a vibrant program that includes Mahler, Wagner, and Copland. The booming sounds and budding artistry of the MCYO Philharmonic, Chamber Ensemble, Symphony and Young Artists orchestras… Chamber Strings, and Preparatory Strings take on the classical canon.
For the 7pm concert, we have a premier event of Wagner’s The Ring of the Nibelung “An Orchestral Journey” specifically arranged to celebrate Maryland Classic Youth Orchestras 70th Birthday!

Parking in the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro garage is $5.20 during the week and free on weekends. Strathmore is also accessible via Metro's Red Line, Grosvenor-Strathmore station.
Limited short-term parking also is available at specially marked meters along Tuckerman Lane, which do not require payment after 7pm.
