Free and fun classical concert featuring music of Mozart, Astor Piazzolla, and local composer Eric Hall.
Join us for a delightful assortment of Mozart, Astor Piazzolla, and Eric Hall.
The Moorland Ensemble opens the program with Mozart's "grand sextet" for six string players - two each of violin, viola, and cello. The piece reworks Mozart's beloved Sinfonia Concertante for violin, viola, and orchestra.
We'll enjoy a Mozart duo for bass clarinet and bassoon performed by Albert Hunt and Eric Hall. They will also play a short work by Hall playfully titled "Games."
Astor Piazzolla's lively Tango Ballet rounds out our vibrant program.
