Four young lovers risk everything by chasing each other into the woods… The King and Queen of the faeries are fighting, and all of Nature is suffering for it… A war between the Amazons and the Athenians has turned into a wedding… A hapless amateur theater group is putting on a play… 

 Out of these unlikely ingredients, William Shakespeare created A Midsummer Night’s Dream, quite possibly the most perfect comedy ever written. Mistaken identities abound, malicious (and not so malicious) tricks are played, love potions go bad, and a guy ends up with a donkey’s head instead of his own…

 Midsummer is a blind-eyed break-neck-speed no-holds-barred tumble through the heart; it’s a play about how love wounds and forgiveness heals; about how no dream is too big.

 All shows will be followed by Q&As with the cast.

 *The morning performances on Wednesday, April 25th and Friday, April 27 will be followed by Actor/Audience Workshops.
