We recently moved to our new, street-level home at 914 Silver Spring Avenue—a few blocks from CREATE’s prior location on Thayer Avenue and in the same community we’ve served for 15 years. To celebrate we are throwing a party!
Join us on Saturday, April 21, to see our new home, meet our team, and explore your creativity with hands-on art activities for the entire family. The event is free and open to the public.

CREATE Arts Center (CREATE) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit visual arts organization that has provided high-quality art education, art therapy, and therapeutic arts experiences to individuals and families in Montgomery County and the greater Washington DC area for over 30 years. Our mission is to spark creativity, foster learning, empower individuals, and facilitate community connections through the visual arts.

Parking Information: Metered garage parking is available in the Fenton Street Village (Garage 4) Parking Garage and a small surface lot by our building (see map above), and can be paid with either coins or through the MobileNOW app. Metered street parking is available on Silver Spring Avenue in front of our building, and will be available across the street when ongoing construction is finished.
