“Now & Then” celebrates the 40th anniversary of the renowned Takoma Park Folk Festival, including its music, mission, and history.
Several festival musicians will perform, and festival organizers will present a multi-media program about the history of one of Takoma Park’s most cherished cultural institutions.
The event is co-sponsored by the Takoma Park Folk Festival, the City of Takoma Park's We Are Takoma cultural series, and the Mayor Sam Abbott Living Legacy Project of Historic Takoma.

Please note that this event is a special 40th Anniversary celebration event and NOT the Takoma Park Folk Festival. The Takoma Park Folk Festival will take place on September 16, 2018.
